1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zeyara Travel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Zeyara Travel is a luxury Destination Management Company (DMC) offering bespoke travel experiences, private tours, corporate travel solutions, and concierge services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit
- Pricing is provided in the currency stated in your proposal and is subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing
- Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by service type and supplier conditions. General terms:
- Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: deposit forfeited
- Cancellations made 30–59 days before travel: 50% of total cost
- Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before travel: 100% of total cost
Zeyara Travel strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
5. Modifications
Zeyara Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries or services due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political conditions, supplier issues). We will endeavor to provide equivalent alternatives and notify you promptly.
6. Liability
Zeyara Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest
- Loss, injury, or damage arising from activities undertaken during your travel
7. Travel Documents & Insurance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your journey.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Zeyara Travel website — including text, imagery, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Zeyara Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Privacy
Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
